In order for a club to receive a Club Participation Award they # 1 have to actually be involved with the show,
in other words participate and help with things either before, during or after the show. # 2 Have 10 members
or more that register their vehicles in the show. 

If you look at the bottom of the show pages these are the clubs that receive the awards. And most of them
have volunteered and helped out every year. 

Every one of the clubs or associations that have their Logo or name at the bottom of our web pages actually
have duties in the following manner. It is not required that a club do all of the duties listed below, however
currently all of the clubs listed on the site has, most of them work their butts off for the event and they do it
out of the goodness of their hearts and not because they want to receive an award! 

#1 help with the promotion of the show. gather up sponsors, hand out show flyers and forms at other events
prior to the show, and take in show registration. 

#2 by participating with our production meetings, and help prior to the show by stuffing goodie bags. 

#3 by helping during the show, work the registration booth, work the gate, park cars, help set up the stage,
help vendors that are on their own to set up canopies, help with the charity auction and  the show
contests. 

#4 help after the show by picking up garbage, tearing down the stage and helping any vendors that need the
help to pack up. 

If your club is interested in helping out this year then let me know what your club would be interested in doing and I will
put your on the roster and list your club name with the rest of the clubs that are listed on the web site. Clubs that
participate during the show also get to keep their staff shirt and receive a few other benefits as well.
